Things You Need to Know

Our goal at 4u2discover is to provide our customers with a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

After we receive your order we usually ship products within 2 business days. For items not in stock or inventory it could take up to 5 business days to ship, depending on print-, clean-, and assembly time.

We only ship orders of a minimum total value of 35.00 CAD (net).

For orders over 75.00 CAD (net) we ship free of charge Canada wide. For international shipping applicable shipping charges and taxes will be added.

RETURNS

The Small Print

If you'd like to return any item purchased on 4U2Discover's Online Store, the return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. We only accept unused products in the original mint and clean condition as it was shipped to you.  Prior to returning your product, please contact info@4u2discover.com with a Subject line of "4u2Discover Online Store Product Return". No returns will be accepted without return authorization by 4U2Discover. Please leave us a note with an explanation of the reason for the return. We will refund 100% of the purchase price for returns that meet the above-mentioned conditions. For returns after the 14-days period, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus a 15% re-stocking fee (of the total product(s) purchase price) up to 90 days from the day of purchase. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the day of purchase. 4U2Discover will pay for return shipping only if the return is the result of a shipping error due to 4U2Discover or a faulty product shipped by 4U2Discover. We will not accept COD shipments. For returns that meet the above criteria, you can expect a refund within 14 days of the date that we receive the product(s) from you.

WARRANTY AT 4U2DISCOVER

Our Policy

We at 4U2Discover want you to enjoy the product(s) you purchased. Our warranty period commences from the date of delivery from us to the original buyer for a period of one (1) year.

What the warranty covers:

Defects in material and/or workmanship to make the product not functional in it's design intent. 

Broken components or parts under normal use of the product. Always follow the instruction you my receive with the product about proper handling from materials, in assembly, location of the product(s) and safety instructions.

What we do to correct warranty issues:

Products covered under warranty will be replaced, remedied or repaired by 4U2Discover at our sole discretion. Items being replaced under warranty shall become the sole property of 4U2Discover.

What the warranty does not cover:

Failures, damages, negligence, improper repair, lack of proper maintenance, not following instructions by the customer.

Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting and other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events.

Theft or loss of parts, components of the product(s) from 4U2Discover.

Small defects on surfaces from 3D-Printing.

What you do to get repairs and services under 4U2Discover warranty:

Determine the defect or malfunction

Explain the possible cause of the problem

Have the invoice ready and contact us.

4U2Discover reserves the right to charge the customer with the costs of service, transportation and shipping, insurance, and custom clearance if the defect does not fall within the scope of the Warranty, or the product has not been proven defective. The rights granted by this Warranty shall not include the right of the customer to claim any lost profits in connection with defects of 4U2Discover products. 4U2Discover shall not be held responsible for any material losses caused by the defective product.
